CREEPY  CRAWLIES
By Josie Whitehead
Creepy Crawlies

Creepy crawlies, large and small:

Some can fly and others crawl.

     On ceilings you will see them cling,

     But watch out, creepy crawlies sting.

They like to share the things you eat –

Your jam or fruit, your fish or meat.

     They’ll land upon your plate or cup,

     So always keep food covered up.

Creepy crawlies in your bed,

On your body, on your head;

     On your toilet, on your toys!

     They sit and wait and make no noise.

They flit around the world outside.

In winter some will come inside.

     Oh help!  A spider on my floor!!!

     Another poem?  No, no more!!!
