I've put a few of Al's lesson plans next to some of the poems on my website.  They seem to be quite good.  If there are any problems, get back to them about it as they are very helpful in every way.  I wish they had these wonderful plans when I was a teacher.  I had to make my own lesson plans etc - - which  took a long time as you'll know.
