Shhh -
I CAN'T BELIEVE
IN SANTA CLAUS

By Josie Whitehead

I Can't Believe in Santa Claus

I can’t believe in Santa Claus,

     And here’s the reason why:

Now tell me how that poor old man

     Gets reindeer in the sky?

Do they have small jet engines

     That zoom around like planes?

How do they land on rooftops then?

Oh come on, use your brains!

His sleigh must be a massive one

     To carry all those toys.

Then how can poor old Santa creep

      Around with little noise?

Perhaps he works some magic spells?

Oh it’s all too much for me!

But I’ll keep my doubts inside my head

If I want presents by my tree.
