LOTS OF GREEDY MONSTERS
By Josie Whitehead
Lots of Greedy Monsters
Lots of greedy monsters
Live inside a swamp.
You can hear them snacking now . . .
Chomp, chomp, chomp.
Lots of greedy monsters,
Live on kids like you:
But some of you are rather tough:
Chew, chew, chew.
Lots of greedy monsters,
Who never ever roar.
They’re much too busy crunching bones . . .
Gnaw, gnaw, gnaw.
Lots of greedy monsters -
Though poets may tell lies -
But keep away from swampy swamps . . .
You might have a surprise!!!!
