JOSIE'S POEMS
Magical/Mystical
and Halloween Poems
By Josie Whitehead

Drac the dragon.
The name "Drac" is rooted in Latin (Draco) and refers to specific legendary creatures.
Drac has a long neck, big strong claws, and a wavy tail. But . . . whilst he can blow flames and seems brave to outsiders, he is actually lonely and prone to hiding in his underground cave to cry. Oh don't cry because for all of this, he is well loved by children and published on my website and in books.
