Man Within the Boy (The)
He grasps the world with outstretched arms;
With sweet simplicity he charms.
He shouts, he climbs, loves making noise,
Yet fills his bed with cuddly toys.
He’s popular at nursery school,
He’s warm and kind, yet no-one’s fool -
And both in anger and in joy,
Displays the man within the boy.
