Remember

Remember the things that bring joy to your mind;

     Forget things which make you feel sad.

Remember the things which cause you to laugh

     And forget that which makes you feel bad.

Remember the voices of people you love

     And forget those who cause you to cry.

Look outwards to others, think less of yourself;

     Then you’ll wish all your sorrows goodbye.

Discussion Point:  In your groups, tell each other, one by one, of something which has happened in your life that you love to remember and perhaps it is something that you'll never forget.  When you feel a little sad in life, think back on this 'happy thought'.  It might well help you to get over your sadness.  Josie
