SIX TINY MERMAIDS

Six tiny mermaids
Riding on the waves;
Diving down amongst the fish
And hiding in sea caves.

Six tiny mermaids
Playing all day long,
And if you’re at the seaside
Please listen for their song.
​
Six tiny mermaids,
Tired at end of day,
Swim home to waiting parents
Across the quiet bay.
​
Six tiny mermaids,
Tucked up in their beds,
Rocking in their tiny shells,
Soft pillows ‘neath their heads.
​
Goodnight tiny mermaids -
Sleep well till break of day -
Then when the sun returns again,
You’ll return to play.
​
