JOSIE'S POEMS
Christmas Poems
By Josie Whitehead
BEWARE
YOU MERRY GENTLEMEN
By Josie Whitehead
Beware you merry gentlemen,
My greetings I convey.
Think of all the food and drink
Consumed on Christmas Day.
Remember, too, that sticky sweets
Will lead to tooth decay.
Mark my warnings to guide you through this day,
Through this day.
Mark my warnings to guide you through this day.
Remember, too, on Boxing Day,
Your stomach and your head.
It possibly could be that you
Will spend this day, instead,
With tablets for your ailments,
Followed by a day in bed.
Mark my warnings to guide you through this day,
Through this day.
Mark my warnings to guide you through this day.
